One of the most common issues with small pets in New Zealand is liver issues caused by inappropriate diet, usually pellet feed that is too high in sugar and/or fat that causes hepatic lipidosis or too many high sugar treats.
This mix is a healthy combination of tasty herbs selected for their liver aiding properties. Designed to help detox the liver, while at the same time relieving inflammation and boosting immunity, this herbal mix is recommended for all small pets in addition to a healthy diet. It contains no added colours, preservatives, flavours or sweeteners; it is 100% healthy & delicious!
Only beneficial ingredients included:
~ Taraxacum officinale; High in vitamins, antioxidants, high in fibre. Promotes healthy liver, kidney, and bladder function. High in fibre.
~ Crataegus oxycanthus; Supports heart health, balances blood pressure, improves digestion.
~ Silybum murianum; Detoxifies the liver and blood. Anti-inflammatory. Keeps the heart healthy. Supports skin health.
~ Urtica diocia; Promotes healthy kidney function. High in vitamins, minerals, and flavonoids. Detoxifies, and lowers blood pressure.
~ Rosa canina; Highest vitamin C content of any food product. Promotes kidney, bladder, heart, and liver function and healing. Improves skin health and aids healthy weight loss.
Our Liver Support has a feed ratio of 1t - 2t (1-2g per serve).
NOTE: These herbs may have a strong detoxing effect so it is recommended to start with half the recommended feed amount for the first two weeks.
