If you've got to this page chances are you've already read our 'About us' page and you'll know that I am running this outfit in my "spare time", without much time on my hands. Shipping is done as quickly as possible subject to the follow conditions:

I am very sorry but I do not have the ability to teleport your parcel to you, if you want your parcel yesterday, or even tomorrow, that’s just not going to happen.
I am not on the internet 24/7, nor am I able to contact the courier after hours, or on the weekend.
All parcels are shipped on Tuesdays Wednesdays, only, I live 45-60minutes drive from the courier depot so can only go once a week (have you seen the price of gas!?).
The courier suggests 1-3 business days to deliver to urban areas, if you are rural please add 2 business days extra for delivery.
Weekends are not business days. Neither are public holidays.
Reorder food 2 weeks before you need it so it arrives in plenty of time; It’s not my fault if you order late and run out, but, if you do order late and are running low let me know and I will do my best to bump your order up the dispatch list if I happen to be making an extra trip to town ;)
Most non-food items can be made to order so can be customised. Customised orders may take a little longer to deliver.
Average parcel delivery time is 3-10 working days post receipt of payment.
All items are sent by signature required courier, we use Pass The Parcel.
Our courier only delivers to 'mainland' North & South Island street addresses, if you want delivery to an offshore island let me know and I can get you a shipping price from an alternative courier.
