This mix is hay based with only beneficial ingredients included to make this diet as close to natural as possible. This mix can be fed as a complete diet or as a treat. It contains no added colours, preservatives, flavours or sweeteners, it is 100% healthy & delicious!
~ Mixed Meadow Grasses; High in fibre. Essential for the health of herbivorous small pets.
~ Medicago sativa; High in many essential vitamins and minerals, including A, D, E, K, and even the full family of B vitamins; biotin, calcium, folic acid, iron, magnesium, potassium and many others, as well as being very high in protein, especially when dried.
~ Avena Sativa; High in fibre to promote healthy gut function. High in minerals and healthy protein. Supports brain and heart health.
~ Rosa canina; Highest vitamin C content of any food product. Promotes kidney, bladder, heart, and liver function and healing. Improves skin health and aids healthy weight loss.

Little Chintas® Chinchilla Mix has a treat ratio of 1T(5g)/day with pellets or as a whole food at 1/4 C per day. Do not feed ad-lib as this will encourage selective feeding.
